I used to do ebay, I sold clothing, it was used (in excellent condition still tho) and usually high priced stuff, but i just got tired of messing with it. it seemed like it started costing more to purchase my merchandise, then ebay raised their fees and also you had to deal with lots of people who bought and then didnt pay. that was a problem that got worse the longer iwas doing it too. so im curious, do ya'll ebay? good experience? bad? and what do you sell? that was another problem i had finding merchendise that i could purchase cheap enough to make a profit off of???

I used to sell jewellery on an Irish auction site, but when the site started charging fees for listing, everybody lost interest in it. I had a large amount of stuff to get rid of so I began selling it on eBay. It went well for a while, but then, as you say, the listing and final value fees, plus PayPal fees left me with very little after the sale. Then the postal rates went up in Ireland, so I just gave up and brought my inventory along to the charity shop. I still buy a few things on eBay, but some sellers charge over and and above the actual cost of shipping and I have to watch out for this.
