Who do you take for granted? / myLot

I know friends who kept off telling their father how much they love them until it was too late.Spouses tend to take each other for granted,thinking "they would never do that" and one day one of them walks out the door for good.How come we dont reassure the ones closes to us of the love we have for them.Are you the ABUSER or the ABUSEE?

I used to take for granted the street cat that is now staying in my house. There was a time that it run away then i miss the cat. When the cat came back, I took care of it. Right now, the cat is so happy.

I have been told many times that I take everything for granted and everyone. I probably do, but not intentionally. I am working on this and trying to let people know I appreciate them. I have always been a leader and managed people and I always thought my actions showed my appreiciation, but I am learning it is more than that when it comes to people and their feelings.
