What do you think about George W. Bush's plan to spend 2.9 trillion... How do you think this will effect our country's deficit?

I don't like it, it's throwing good money after bad. I don't know how much has been spent so far, other than way too much, but in either case it's obviously had a negative effect on the deficit.
