Patriotism is surely a refuge for scoudrels look at all th e people who clame patriotism but do nothing. There are alot of "me tooers" in this world band wagon weight. It is also used as a prod to get the public behind the common goal of the ruling faction be it democratic, socialistic, or communism. Many Americans fit the defintion of Nazi, America was making Nazis' long before Germany was, because they go along with the governing body with no thought of the greater good or harm. The robotic accepting of what the propaganda machine feeds us. V said it best "People should not be afraid of there government. The government should be afraid of its people."
