weight lose after having a baby

i have a baby girl 5 monhts old but in these 5 months i didnt lose an oz at all ..i want to lose extra 8 kgs but how? is there any useful tip in diet or any useful exercise anybody can tell me?
i had severe infection in my breasts so i cudnt fed her .she hardly took my feed 4 months then she refused to take it.anyways i am not feeding her i can diet or exercise easily.please help me becos my husband started ignoring me i think a good figure does matter in relations.

Walking is the best excercise...for loosing those kgs
Walk daily at list 4 to 5 km. and then see the diffrence...

Sometimes it does take awhile for your body to adjust so hubby needs to be patient. Cut back on carbs, limit sugar grams on packages, like in yogurt, I wont get one if the grams of sugar are like 24..I try to get as low a number as possible, and start walking, and increase the length every few days...

I didn't seem to have any of those problems. My daughter is not 8 months old, and i have lost all my weight by the time that she was 3 months old. I thought it would be harder for me, because she is my 3rd child. But it was easy. I just cut back on some of my carbs that i ate. And i still ate six small meals a day. I also did alot of walking. I would put her in the stroller and walk around the track at the park while my other two children played on the swings.
