is there something wrong with nokia5300?

got so irritated with my nokia 5300 mobile phone. just bought it last dec. 28 and in 1st week of jan., the loudspeaker suddenly stops @ jan. 9. It didn't ever fall or got wet. Jan. 11, i went to the shop and start complaining about their phone. but the owner said that the warranty is only for 1 week. but still they send it for repair coz thier local repair shop won't try to open it coz it's a latest unit here. almost 3 weeks from their shop, it's back and the loudspeaker is working again. the next morning, i'm using the mp3(this is why i like my fon bcoz of mp3)and after 4 or 5 songs, the loudspeaker suddenly stops AGAIN! what could be possibly happen to that fon? m so disappointed really to that mobile phone!
