1. relaxing your mind
2. get some thing around you that make you fell comfortable (an aroma therapy will work or just your soul mate)
3. Slow music, fast think. Dont use Sepultura background music to write a love novel :)

I find that relaxation really helps to get the creative juices flowing.

I have found that I can relax by just a thought...but this takes training and can't be done without a knowledge of the human mind....

Only problem is if i do that i'll fall asleep and forget all the ideas i had. I think the scaryu truth of writing is that once you've taken the time to let your imagination run wild you have to do all the hard slog fo structuring and pinning down those thought sinto something people can read and for that you have to be very much awake and alert :)I am a devil for taking time out to relax and let ideas flow only to drift off and awake no further in. I find the best thing to do if i hit a block is to just go and do something completelyu different for an hour or so.

Here's a few tips, i always take my pen and a paper. We dont know when the inspiration come. Once it's come, i'll write that down. Just a short think. When i sit in front of computer, i'll write it again with some spicy think.
Hope thiss will help.
Thanks for the comments

I have a vivid imagination - sometimes it wonders too far and I don't focus on what I should!
