Do Aliens Breast Feed?

I had a strange dream that I was hired to work in a nursery with alien babies. They were gray or green (gray = girls, green = boys) and didn't scream or whine when they were hungry. They just laid there, blinking their big eyes, looking around at everything. No one there spoke, it was dead silence except for the humming of the machines. I asked one of the mothers (I am assuming it was a mother) if they breast fed their babies and my alarm clock woke me up. Now I have to wonder if it was the extra spicy taco meat I ate before I went to bed that gave me this or if there is some deeper meaning to it. I swear, if I went to see a psychologist, he or she would have a field day with that dream.
