Pro-life or Pro-choice?

There has been many debates about legalizing abortion. Are you for its legalization? Do you see it more of women's right? Or do you advocate a more wider human's right scope that include that of an unborn child?

I am a pro-life advocate. I am against the legalization of abortion. The fetus in the womb has already life because life is in the blood and God protects the life in the womb. I have started a discussion entitled The Bible on Birth Control quoting some verses of the Holy Bible for the information of the many. Anybody who wants to know may pls go to my Profile and open such topic.

I am a pro-life advocate too. Though my reasons are not deeply religious but more of humane. I am not worried about being punished by God because I know He'll forgive me. It is the guilt of my own that I fear the most. I heard a lot of women whose life was destroyed not by the unwanted pregnancy but by their wrong choice of killing their unborn child. And of course, I feel for the innocent child. He is alive in the womb. He is a human struggling to live just like the rest of us. Why can some women be so selfish. If they don't want them, then why do things that leads to them carelessly? I am disheartened to know that more people in the WEST seems to care more for dogs and furry animals.

Wow, I beleive that is definitely a woman's choice. I don't think you can ever really know how you feel, even when you think you do. You can take many turns in your life and you never know what situation you will end up in. I think it is terrible for people to judge those who have chose to have an abortion, I respect women who choose not to as well as those who choose to have one. Only YOU know what is best for you and your situation.

I believe it should be the mothers right to choose. There can be all manner of reasons why this act needs to be done, and most protesters dont stop to ask. I do believe, however, that prevention is better than having to deal with the issue. Better to take contraception and not let conception occur in the first place! There is already so much stress on the welfare system, having a child that you dont want can cause a very unhappy life for the child, whether the mother keeps it or not. Like any belief.....everyone is different. I dont believe people should push their beliefs onto others, whether it be religious or not.

I don't think it is solely a mother's right. There are a lot of people involve here-the father and the unborn child. The family and society also play a special role. They should stop looking down on unwed mothers and illegitimate children. I think this is really where the problem started. Why kill an innocent child when there are lots of people willing to take one. I mean even those capable of having children are more than willing to adopt kids.

It is such a personal choice some people are for it and others are not. I am not for it but thats my choice. But there are people out there that feel that it is there only choice in their sitution. I shoud be a choice both for the mother and father to make, not the goverment or protesters!

I definitely believe in a woman's right to choose. However, if the case is that the woman was just careless in her getting pregnant...I think it's immoral.

though i understand women who wanted or have decided to have an abortion(they might be confused or something), i still think it's cruel. if women are not ready to have a baby they should have been more responsible. nobody forces her to sleep with a man, and should have known the consequences of their actions. if they are not ready to bear and raised a child she should have taken measure to prevent unwanted pregnancy.

A woman who decides to abort, makes a very suffering choice. It is never easy to abort, and there is no woman to have fun to do this terrible choice. I am pro-choice because to me freedom is the most important thing in the world. So I'd legalize a thing that a woman can do easily. It's really painful to me to say this, but I think freedom is more important than life.
