What's your thoughts on the New Superball winners: The Colts(i hope this is right). I'm not a football fan but I did watch the superbowl. I was elated that history was made in a couple ways last night. The first African American coach to win a superbowl and a Christian at that. I really felt this game was more than just a game that it symbolizes a start of someting new for the believers in 2007, what is your thoughts on last night game?

The game itself was not too bad in lousy conditions.
The SIGNICANCE of the game was much more.Gone is the belief that only white men can coach.Gone is the belief that Manning can't win "the big one".
I hope that also gone will be the mentality that football (and sports in general) is still controlled by the idea of prejudicism running rampant.

I didn't even realise it was on until everyone here at mylot started commenting about it. I believe the game was on here from 9am Monday morning.
I had no idea on who even won until I flicked on the news this morning and there was a 30 second bit on the end of the sports report ... I was more disgusted by the amount of trash the people left behind at the stadium!! It's not too hard to pick up after yourselves.
