Life is wonderful without a televisions. You can connect with more of the real world.
Read books, listen to the radio, play games, work puzzles, work in the garden and listen to the birds and other critters.
There is bird watching, hiking, camping, picnicing and all sorts of outdoor activities.
You can decorate your house, paint a picture and cook a great meal. Even cook out on a grill.
There are lots of things that would get done since we would not be spending out time in from of the television.

Life would probably be more peaceful you woul not have to listen to the media and you would spend more time reading and doing hobbies of there interest.

I think I could live without television these days. 99% of the shows is not very interesting or entertaining to me any more. But we do like to watch movies that we rent so we do have to have th television for that LOL. I know I sure couldn't live without my computer. I'm addicted to it more than the television.

I have. From December of 2005 to like November of 2006, all we had was a TV. We had no cable, dish, directv or any type of satellite. All we had to watch was movies. And with in 11 months, We watched just about every movie that we had in the house. Most days, I just went with out even turning on the TV. I would turn music on on the computer or on the radio. I can completely live with OUT TV.
