well... I have noticed to my younger cousins ages 3-up that they are very picky when it comes to clothing. There parents usually say that u have to wear this and that because of weather conditions but, they will still insist to wear the clothing they like.Is that right at all? I have a 10 month old girl and im kinda preparing myself that she will be doing the same sometime in the future. How about you mother out there? What do you think?

Kids Clothes - The Clothes Look Great To Her! lol
I have pre teens, my youngest will dress very weird sometimes she don't care if she matches etc. The oldest is a matcher she has to have everything just so so. I have narrowed down clothes choices for the youngest and allow her to wear what she wants by not letting her have so many choices it works our pretty good she is becoming more concious about what she puts on. I think it is normal, you have to help guide them so they still feel it is there way and not yours.

its funny how kids really adapt to different styles! yah! I think being comfortable is the best things.: ) The way you teach your child is very nice I havent taught of that since im a new mother and my baby is so young. Is it ok if I use use strategy to your youngest kid like letting her choose the sets of outfit you put out her closet? :)

The child eventually needs to learn how to dress themselves. They'll find their style through trial and error. As long as they're warm enough for the cold weather, go for it.

for me its ok because its one learning on their own. they'll know how to manage while they're young. and its cute to look at when kids wear mismatch clothes. like my nephew and niece. they both want to wear those that pleasant to their eyes like colorful ones and those that comforts them when playing. everytime their moms ask t hem to change clothes, they'll go straight to their closet and pick up clothes they prefer. sometimes they wear it on its back side. =) its cute. and sometimes they get into tangles wearing fitted clothes.

No, if they are picking out things that do not match then it is time for you to step in as a parent and choose things for them.
