How can i Covert Money in my paypal a/c into a real cash in hand ?

you can attach bank account with paypal and hence withdraw the amount from paypal and deposit in bank a/c.then from bank you can get real cash.otherwise you can opt for checks from paypal.but there will be some processing fee associated with checks.

U can ask them to send u a check, But they will charge u 5$ as a fee. So withdraw the money wen u have like 100$. Or u can withdraw it to yor bank account

If you think of paypal like a virtual bank account ... once you have money in their you can withdraw it. I believe either to a bank account or to a credit card. Mine just goes into my bank account and takes around 7 working days to clear. You can fill in your bank details of where you'd like your money to go over on the paypal website ... and when you have money in the account hit "withdraw funds" and it'll ask how much you want to take out [just like a bank].
