What according to you should be the office timings?

Mine are from 7am-4.30pm. If I was in charge of the office hours I would definitely make them 5am-2pm I don't mind waking up early as long as I know that by 2pm I am out of work and still have almost an afternoon to do my things like shopping, maybe visit family. If I finish at 4.30pm I need 30mins to arrive home, and start housework, cook and everything. There will not be much time left to go shopping and maybe visit my mum.

I wouldn't mind working from 7am till 3pm.. I hate working till late but dont mind starting early!
