Are you living at home with your parents or alone? In my country, all of childrent live with their children until they get married. Although in society, they have the fullright. It is the custom. One man only live alone in case he is orphaned or when you get married with some one.
Even though you are 30 year old but you have not own family you should live with your parents cause of if you live alone, people in society maybe think there are disagreements between you to your parents.
How about this issue in your country?

I stil live with my mom. Since my father passed away in 2004, my mother became so lonely and forgetful, and so I have to take care of my mother. My brother has been married and he's got his own problems, so he can't take care mom.

I am living with my husband,and my dad.
I think you are an Indian.but I dont think these days boys are living with parents even when thet are bachelors.thats because they are getting jobs at different places...so I dont think you are forced to live with your parents even if you an adult.

Hi welcome to myLot!
In our country there is no object if we want to stay in our house or not as long as you can handle to be alone, but mostly we keep our parents with us and look after for them during old age.
I'm married and my mom stays with me because she is now a widow for almost 6 years.
My husband works abroad and he just went home every 2 months, I really want my mom to be with me and share her golden years together.

I live with my parents... But i stay in a hostel for my college studies... so... i go home on holidays...!!! I dont think i'll be able to stay with my parents much longer cause we'll start working in some other places and get too much into i., But i'll always make it a point i'll spend as much as my time mostly with my parents...!!! I love them Loads....!!! Thanks for this Discussion... i really like discussions like this....!!!

In fact, in condition of work, now I am living far away my parents too. I live with my older brother's family.
