i have a paypal of course, and at the moment it has $0, but i am working for the money on here.
my question is, do you have to have a verified paypal account in order to become a runescape member? i havent became a member before and i need help with this whole process. so any and all information will be great.

I have not had a payment here yet not actually been writing here long although been a member for ages but yes you have to verify your pay pal account xx
