Windows Vista.. would you upgrade?

Windows Vista has already been launched and a lot has been heard about it in the media and the internet. but is it really worth spending so much on an OS while WinXP is still getting your job done without any hassles. I would wait an watch for a few months before plunging on? what about you?

I wanted to install Windows Vista but I read an article about it. It said it has so many security threats which made me think for a while. I sit back and look what the people do with it.
