What DISTRACTS You the Most?

Music also distracts me. I can be doing something and if I put my music on I start singing and dancing to it. So of course if I want to get anything done in the house the music needs to stay off.

For me, it is definitely the internet!! Especially at work... well, anywhere really! Eep.

there are a few things that distracts me. mylot, tv, and phone calls. music gets me going. like if i'm cleaning i have to have some music. makes me keep cleaning and gives me something to sing to.

the only thing that distracts me is silence... strange but that true... i cannot stay anywhere where there is silence!!

Definitely the internet. Especially some sites (blogs, my mail, etc.) that I seem to check every so often even if I don't really have to but am procrastinating more than ever. Hahaha! The TV really distracts me as well, or friends who want to talk because I almost always never say no.

For me it really distracts me when someone is talking to me especially when i am doing something or when i am watching my favorite show. I get irritated with that.

Music is definitely one of my favorite distractions, and the internet is the other. I could easily get lost in either for hours, and often do. I usually get more done when I'm lost in my music though because I may be doing at least a little of something else while the music is playing. Either way, I'm not likely to get as much done as I should.

Music sometimes makes me feel relaxed while working and sometimes it stimulates me to work. I never did see music as a distraction in any of my work. What distracts me most is noise, children crying or shouting, loud mouth of my officemates, and so on
