Aspirin in your diet

To keep your diet high in natural salicylates ( the main ingredient in aspirin that helps prevent heart attacks ), eat more oranges, raspberries, strawberry, apricots and cherries. For additional salicylates, season foods with cinnamon, curry and thyme.

Did you know that too much aspirin can cause strokes and a doctor told me that !!

Did you know my doctor suggest me to eat juicy fruits after your meal specialy after eating dark meat.

I never heard of that I may try doing that myself !!! So can myself tip top shape!! I love looking after myself and I love doing it too!! As we only have the one body we must look after it !!

I really do agree with you netpiper, We have discussed in our medical languange specialist training course the importance of salicylates to prevent heart attacks and what you mention above are all benefial to maintain a healthy hearth.
