Usually, Exersices best will be in the morning after u wake up..

according to me i mean even ppl say ..itz best if done in morning 5:30 to 7:00 itz jus cool....even can b done in evening...
Kids exercise all the time without even thinking of it.Just being active, like when you run around

Before eating, and before going to sleep. Time your eating and exercise. The food value is directed to the muscles.
Stretch exercises are better on an empty stomach in the morning, like Qigong (Tai Chi) and weights and stamina before main meals. (Keep the meals disciplined, too.)
Warm up before any weight training, and do NOT overdo it, however good you are. Heavy weights can go through you like a cheesecutter.
This relates to timing in that heart strain in any form of exercise is a time issue. Rest times should be carefully maintained to avoid serious damage.

In my opinion the best hour to exercise is arround 9-10 AM at the morning... but because I have a school I am used to exercise arround 5 or 6 pm
It's important to exercise at least 3 times per a weak by the way.
