i dont think the world is turning to vegeterian, doctors just dont advice to have only veggies as some of the nutrients are not avilable in vegetables, so animal food is essential, i think a mixed diet with control of animal fats is good, whats your opinion?

I don't think that world is turning vegetarian. Yes, there is a mainstream trend among some cultures to become vegetarian, but I don't think it's global and will last for long. I am quite sure that it will pass away.

it is true that vegetarian fodd is better and healthier than non-vegetarian food. vegetarians get less disease and stay healthy for a long time. so better change over to vegetarian food and lead a healthy life.

I wish the world would be more this way. It is hard to be the odd one out. I am unable to maintain adequate health without lots of fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. I don't buy the propaganda about meat being essential because I know for me that does not hold true. My conclusion is that many people have many different needs, and maybe one group needs to eat meat and the other group does not, depending on habits of ancestors.

Perhaps the world wants to turn healthier? and people think that eating veggies will make them healthier. at least they have less toxic than meat.
another reason could be that women nowadays want to slim down. and since vegetables are non-fat..so more people will rely on veggies as their meals.
But i don't think we should stop eating meat. meat also have certain nutritional values that veggies don't have.
The most important thing is to have a balanced lifestyle and also to exercise.
