Difficulty of Living with parents when you are already married

When I was single, I was the one working for my family, my mother and my one brother, well then I can afford it, I am giving my mother 25% of my salary and i shoulder all the expense. My problem arises when I got pregnant by my boyfriend and got married. Since I am the one taking care of my mother we have to live with her. She doesnt approve my husband and she said nothing will change, whatever I am giving her must retain or else we have to reside somewhere else. Yes I can do that, it will be a lot easier for me specially in financial aspect but she is my mother and I knew that nobody will take care of her aside from me, so I just obey whatever her rules is. Now, I am having financial problems and she doesnt know about it because i do not want her to blame me for marrying my husband whose job is just minimum wage. I do not know what to do but to look for other sideline jobs. she is sick with diabetes and I know my financial support is the one shes spending for her medicine. I know I can get out of my financial problem if we reside elsewhere but I cant leave my mother.
