What are they getting at? whats so special about Lanas pregnancy?

I never considered that it might be Clark's baby, but I don't think it could be. He and Lana haven't done it in a long time in terms of episodes. They've been split up forever it seems. If it had been Clark's baby, she would have been pregnant a long time ago. I'm not sure what Lex is planning. That fact that he doesn't tell Lana shows you how evil he really is. It could be that the baby is unusual because of Lex's unique DNA. If you remember he was affected by the meteor shower which gave him an elevated white blood cell count and made him bald. It's possible that that is somehow affecting his kid. That's pure speculation. I'm not sure, but I'm dying to find out.

That and the serum Zod gave him could've changed him somehow. Or some other trick he's got up his sleeve..he is one tricky dude.
It could have something to do with that meteor freak project he has running. His stuff doesn't TEND to be random..so maybe project Lana's baby (lol) could be part of that somehow.
I can't wait to find out either.

I am wondering if they are trying to imply that Lex maybe artificially impregnanted Lana. Maybe some kind of experiment. I don't think it is Clarks baby. What I want to know is why Clark didn't find out earlier he does have ex-ray vision and should be able to see the fetus.

i think lana is pregnant with clark's baby everybody keeps saying lex but i think its clark's because they did do the do when he became human for a couple of episodes
