Should you dare to interfere?

What if, on your way in a road for instance, you pass by a couple having a good fight on the sidewalk and it came to the point that the guy had already beaten the girl physically, what would you do? You were just a passerby then, and you don't intend really to witness their physical bouts, would you be concerned enough to quell the skirmish?

I wont interfere... I think there's more important things for me to do than interfere and mind others businesses... they have there lives and i have mine

Frankly it's a complicated situation. In my case, I am not that strong to fight against her husband. If I will interfere them, his husband might hurt me too, and it will only worsen the situation. If I am just a big bully then I'll fight and defend the wife. But since I'm not, I'll ask some people to help me settle the situation and we'll find out why they are fighting and hurting each other....I think that's all I can do...
