I am sure that ALL of us have complaints about work, but what would you change? Now I know a lot of you are going to say more money, I believe we all know that is a given. I actually love my work, I like working where I do, I just wish the hopurs were shorter. We had two hours of overtime today and I am worn out! Is it too much to ask for a work day that is just eight hours long? This has been the pattern for the last month, I am tired of overtime!

Right now, my job is a stay home mom. And trust me honey, the number one complaint is not that I don't get paid enough...it is that I do not get paid for all the crap that I do put up with and things that I do! LOL
I could sit here and rattle off 50 job titles that I fill being a stay home mom...but i don't get paid anything for them.
I can not help to pay the bills. I can not spend money on whatever I want.
And the hours...mine suck too! I am on the job 24 hours a day...7 days a week...365 days a year! No vacation. Not sick days. No personal days. And definitely, no bonus or benefits. I don't get any type of discount. There is no referral service incentive. No 401k. Heck, it doesn't even contribute to my social security! LOL
But my kids are worth it. And one day, I will get back out there. And until then, y'all are stuck with me. LOL

My wife is a stay at home mom, also. Now admittedly she's not wrangling seven children! but she is making sure that our world stays on course. She does so many things that i couldn't probably even name them all, and i don't tell her she's doing a good job often enough, or that i treasure having her at home. But i do, and i deeply appreciate her. I know she has the same frustrations as you do, so i completely understand!
