Then you would have to have other departments to, like the administration-to check attendance,leaves, requests, etc. the medical department-to check medical requriments the quality department-to check quality of food prepared,cleanliness at home, etc the audit-to verify their claims and purchase the vigilance-to control malpractices...... so now think on it

Not really, when you really think about it, he's providing food and other necessities to her and the children, this should be payment enough. If this were the case the husband would have to get a business license before getting married and I for one don't want my husband to think of me as just some employee on his payroll.

No. No monthy salary for wives. Husband and wife, my opinion should share their belonging. They share everything. So whatever husband get from his job should be kept in ona account. Not husband and wife separate account.
