Divorce on Legal ground

The way I understand it, no one goes through a divorce procedure on his own. Divorce lawyers will have to be employed by both parties concerned. All the terms of the divorce will be ironed out between the two parties with the lawyers aiding them throughout the whole process. Besides, divorces are also brought to the courts.
