sketches by pencil!

Like yourself, I enjoyed sketching but found I did it more during my school years. I rarely get time to sit back and sketch, or I find I am too drained from the day to concentrate enough, to actually produce something that resembles a picture/sketch. It is something that I feel I would like to have more time for, I would love to get back into it in a big way. I have to say, it is one of the simple pleasures in life that I miss.

It a nice hobbie to have drawing sketches with pencil i to love that and i tried to do it many times but i have done lot of mistakes and i like to improve............

yes indeed! in my childhood days,. even until now.. im into pencil sketching. I love to sketch places, and beautiful scenes! Sometimes, my friend ask me to sketch their favorite artist, they just give me a pencil and a sketchpad.. and viola. a piece of ART!;-)

i love drawing in pencil... its simple, but you can still do so much with it. sketching in pencil is my favorite way to make art, i can do it almost anywhere and it very relaxing to me :)

I def. prefer pencil sketches too. I don't like/trust using ink, markers, crayons....pencils are the best coloring utensil in my opinion, easiest and safest

Hello Money_is_god! I really like sketches too, not just with pencil, pen makes it nice too. Sketching is nice and I feel that they're good like this, don't know why but I like some sketchs most that the final drawing. It's funny to see the primary strokes of the drawing andd see how it changed to form something. And it's very nice for practice too.

I never really thought I could draw until one of my kids pointed out that in fact I can. I have since started sketching portrais in pencil and he is right. It is relaxing and something I hope to improve. I'd like to start doing beach scapes, as well.
