I do not go to gym for exercise often; I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week in my company provided gym during lunch time, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like badminton to get fit.
I do walking as another form of exercise. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers of 10,000 steps.

I've done it for quite a short period only. It eats up so much of my time. I enjoyed undertaking it though as one undergoes through one under the guidance of the gym personnel. One undergoes one program after another, always designed to fit one's condition and fitness requirement month after month. One who continuously goes through this exercise will surely acquire a better physical condition.
