side effects of paracetamol

Dude from the day i learned to hear and talk i hear this.If sum1 in my family says he is not feeling good(fever or sumthing) he is given paracetamol.Paracetamol is tried and tested man. The company must be reaching 30 or 40 yrs of age.SO uptill no no side effect.
