four glasses of water in morning in empty stomach

I have been doing this from last weak and I am sure it's making a difference in me. I feel less tired and fresh throughout the day. I even wakeup earlier than other days but stil very fresh. No problem atall with excretion.
I read this from a notice board at Institute of Fundemental Studies, Kandy, Sri Lanka.
Here is a summary of it.
Drink 4 glasses or 160ml of water immediately after waking up and after that brushs and dont put anything into stomach for atleast 45 minutes.
Then have the breakfast and refraing from drinking water for 1 hr.
And the notice says that if it is practiced continously for 30 days High blod presure will be cured, for 2weaks bad breath will be cured and so and so.
Appart from what it says I have experienced a lot of good things.
Try it for your self and tell me your experiences.

It sounds good and thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, I have tried drinking water on an empty stomach and the max I can contain the water is about 1 and a half cup. To drink 4 cups early in the morning will be putting a great strain to me.I guess not every individual is suitable for it.
PS: Drinking lots of water is sure a good and healthy way.

I've heard of this before but instead of 4 glasses of water it says 1 liter. Don't know if it really works since I didnt have a chance to try it.
