uthappa or Ganguly

Yes if he plays as he did against the west Indies.If he doesn't bat like that then Ganguly is a better opener than him.Uthappa has played very few ODI and nothing could be said about him.

i think that uthappa n ganguly both should open for india... if these two r able to give a good start to india then india can surely win matches....

no u can't judge de player if he performs in 2matches he played in india....an opener will be tested when he batz well on foreign pitches......indian tracks r batsmen friendly....v know ganguly performed well n is trying 2 perform well.....so ganguly is de senior most n xperienced player...so i opt ganguly rather dan uthappa...n 1 more reason is tht....if der is left n right combination den dey cannot allow de bowlers 2 settle
