fresh chicken?

No way. Not here in Europe. But if you go to Hong Kong, you can buy live chicken and kill yourself, or ask the chicken vendor to kill and clean the chicken for you then you cook it yourself. Also, most restaurants use good quality chickens otherwise they will not have customers.

thats a very good question but even though i have asked myself thousands and thousands of time whether this food is healthy i still keep on eating it. The chicken maybe fresh but i have got a question for you guys; do you think the oil in which they fry the chicken; they change it regularly enough?

Give me a bite, I will tell you whether it is fresh or no. Actually it is easy to make out by the taste.
