Well, If you feel you are underpaid, By all means YES, you should look for another job...I've found if you are unhappy, or overworked, that causes stress alone. I was in a situation years ago, I was at a job, I felt I was working way more than I was getting paid. That alone modivated me to look for another job...I also found myself not wanting to be as up to par as I know I could, because I hated my job by that point... Yes, you should consider looking for work elsewhere, where you are happy and content, because if you stay where you are at now, it's going to go downhill for you and you going to end up hating your job 100% if you continue..
