Well, If you feel you are underpaid, By all means YES, you should look for another job...I've found if you are unhappy, or overworked, that causes stress alone.
I was in a situation years ago, I was at a job, I felt I was working way more than I was getting paid. That alone modivated me to look for another job...I also found myself not wanting to be as up to par as I know I could, because I hated my job by that point...
Yes, you should consider looking for work elsewhere, where you are happy and content, because if you stay where you are at now, it's going to go downhill for you and you going to end up hating your job 100% if you continue..

Considering the way you presented your present condition, of course, you must find another job which offers better working conditions. When we get ourselves a job, it should be one where we enjoy doing what we are being made to do. Otherwise, the job becomes a very heavy load there is no way one will be able to come out with his best at work.
It will always do you good if you pursue the next higher level of education suitable to the job you are hoping to hold in the near future. This step will make you qualified and highly desirable for it.
