Don't you ever notice that when you go get your haircut, it's so much nicer? That's necissarly because the shampoo they use is better, but because it's a different one than you use and it strips off your normal buildup. I used to have at least 2 shampoos in my shower at all times so I could use a different shampoo every day and not have any buildup. But not I have found a great shampoo that leaves no buildup. I've been using strictly Melaleuca shampoo for months and my hair looks and feels great now.

Not sure if it actually makes it healthier or not, but I know if you keep using the same shampoo, it can build up in your hair so youre best to keep switching.

I think this was the first time that I have heard of this. Is it a fact? Because I think of the other way around. Switching shampoos can make your hair look dull. That's what I believe. I also believe that the way you care for your hair reflects it health.
