Why do I get response fast first?

Hi, I always, when I start a discussion, get 2-3 responds fastly, I mean just some minutes after that I started my discussion, and no respond more after them. I wonder where other members can see the discussions which are just started!

Ya it also happens with me also i will get 2-3 responses quickly within 1 or 2 min but after that i will not get even a single response because our topic will be pushed down by new postings so u always try to post good topic which many people try to select...........
