Dear friends,
I have very dry eyes.
I have been toa doctor. There is not inflamation or irritation.
Doctor told me that it´s simply my personal thing with developed with some years...
During the day it´s ok, but at night it´s awful. Every moning I wake up with totally dry eyes. I can´t even open my eyes if I don´t put the drops of "natural tears".
Has anybody ever had this problem?
Are there any ways to solve it?

I have had a small problem with that also every so often.
I have a feeling that it might be from doing too much reading on the computer screen.
It could also be because I need to wear glasses and I don't.
So all I can recommend is:
Don't spend the whole day reading messages on myLot. Take a hour break from it every two hours.
Have your eyes tested to see if you need glasses.
Closing and opening your eye lids repetedly should create some moisture for your eyes. Do not rub your eyes with your fingers as it will make it worse.

You might also consider reducing the brightness of your computer screen.

Thanks for trying to help guys...
Pouring water into eyes is bad though... so far I am helping muself with "natural tears" - some drops from the farmacy which have the same formula as tears...
Next week I am going to a doctor again

Dry eyes are mainly due to sitting glued to computer or TV.Have anti-glare screen attached to your monitor.Try the 20-20 rule.take a break for 20 sec after working on computer for 20 minutes. That helps a lot. Also keep blinking your eyelids. That is sort of exercise for eye muscles.

Thank you very much for your comment.
Actually, my eyes get better during the day, even though I stay in front of the computer.
The problem is when I sleep. At night they dry out, and I wake up in the morning with dry red irritated eyes.

Did you doctor also tell you if your eyes remain in this state and keep getting so dry, this can increase the pressure in your eye? This can also lead to glaucoma. Dry eye is serious. The best tears on the market is Refresh Endura which is made by Allergen. Sleep with lights off. Keep a humidifier going in your bedroom. Apply a warm washcloth over you eye lids to steam and comfort your eyes once a day or as needed.

The best way to keep your eyes cool is wash them regularly with cold water.
Alternatively soak some corriander seeds overnight in cold water and use it to clean your eyes. It works.
