Now,i am not using any opticals,but becuase of the regular use of computeres,i think, i have to wear it.

From the age of 45 I have been using the spectacles, it is bifocal for short sightedness of 0.5 power. But the same cannot be used for seeing the computer. I was told I have to use the glass where the power is evenly spread, not bifocal.

i will not use opticals for reading and i will use for seeing and iam having power in my eyes

No i dont have power in eyes and so i never used opticals for reading and also for seeing

I wear contacts mostly and glasses around the house, but not just for reading I am near sided and need to to see things far away as well.

Im short sighted so need them for far off things in distance which i think is so much worse. trying to read a bis number, watch telly, or read a poster without my glasses or are impossible but they are very funky plastic blue ones that I got for free cos my mum knows the opticion. lol.
