There is a belief that if u look in to mirror every time ur spiritual power will be low or may be even lost.... The adavantage of this spiritual power is that to resit the entering of other roaming spirits... ie ghosts!!!!!... So today onwards do not look into mirror everytime.... MAKE UR LIFE HAPPY
