Isn't that teachers should have proper manners?

Are this 'teachers' in school now a days are considered as an educator or just a worker that will get their pay end of the month?Shouldn't they be more concern about the younger generations?Do give some opinion about this.Its kind of a serious matter.

My younger sister is a teacher. I would consider her as a very dedicated educator. She is not selfish especially in ensuring her students do well in their studies. She would take care of her students even outside study hours. She'd also spend her own money to buy teaching materials. I know i'd be happy to have a teacher like her.
