Cliches You Find Annoying

Personally,I don't like the evil(to the point of being psychotic)-ex-girlfriend/boyfriend-plotting-to-ruin-the-main characters'-true-love. I've seen this recurring in a lot of TV dramas/soap operas and I'm disappointed that the writers could not come up with other hindrances to the relationship of the main characters. (Instead of problems caused by external factors, why can't the main characters deal with problems caused by internal factors? )I think it will be a refreshing change if the ex-girlfriend/boyfriend is nice for once.
How about you guys? What novel/TV/movie cliches do you find annoying?

I actually like clichés if they are presented interestingly.
The mistaken identity - Cyrano type can be quite interesting if written well.
Fall in love with best friend - I actually though Clueless was a great adaptation of
Austen.
Though it isn't breaking up a true love pairing, I think the cliche psycho/stalker ex is VERY well written and played in Secret Smile.
