Of course, one should wear undies all the time. I defenitely don't wanna be like Britney who got caught wearing nothing under her skirt. That would be embarassing, really. I fyou are a guy, i imagine you would not want your thing hanging between your legs without undies, it might get caught in your pants zipper. that's a disaster waiting to happen dude.

This is a weird question, lol. Was this a joke? What ever the case I supose there is no reason to ever were them, unless it is cold out, if you don't want to don't. Sometimes I don't. No reason to feel obligated to do so. Of course I would not go streaking naked down the streets, but sometimes no undergarments is comfortable. Why do ask?
