iam at present at my image make over previously i use to just criticise and oppose to everybody discussion but when some one gave me a negative rating then my rating actually dropped and i had hence now decided to just give positive comments or otherwise remain just shut up.

What's that old saying? If you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all. I don't believe in that because it generates no meaningful discussion and therefore helps no one. Neither does being negative for the sake of negativity, but constructive criticism doesn't hurt people unless they are hyper-sensitive to any little bit of criticism at all.
