Cancer ! What would you do?

My grandfather has cancer. It started in his face, from smoking the pipe and chewing tabacco all his life.. He never told anyone but apparently he had a lump in his cheek for 20 years... He has been through radiation and Chemo.. IT stopped the spread of one kind of cancer but they say he has a different kind now. This kind is eating his face away.. He has no cheek now.. it goes all the way down to his mouth ..and working its way down the chin... He was very active before this.. outside all the time.. never one to sit around .. now he can do nothing.. he is in constant pain... I love him very much but I can't imagine how this must be for him... If this was happening to me I don't think I would be this strong... I think I would just want it over... How would you feel ?
