Does the cold weather make eczema worse?

My nose gets a red rash in this weather and i get spot's under the eyes. What is the best cream to use?

i dont think the cold weather should make much difference. mix a sunscreen with youir daily moisturiser or buy a built in spf in yor cream. this should keep the elements at bay . some people say heat is worse for excema but when i took my son on holiday his little excema patches healed like magic.

In the Southestern part of the United States each year, September is when you can fully expect your eczema to resurface with a vengence. It has to do with the change in the climate. Fall and Winter months are generally cooler and dryer periods. Dry, ashy skin is the enemy of atopic excema.
To combat this, you must bathe and apply thick skin moisturizers immediately. Do not towel dry your skin too much. Leave it slightly damp. And re-apply throughout the day. You will notice a big difference in how your skin reacts to this new pampering treatment. It will love you for it.
