well the best time to go for travel will depend on location and ur adaptation well if people live in very hot places like mine summer hoidays is the best and for people who stay in extremely cold conditions like in chicago winter is the best place to warm up.....

In the summer, I prefer to go the beach. I suggest the Philippines. Visit Cebu. Spain and Italy are good choices too. It depends on your budget. In the winter I agree, Switzerland, up in the Alps. Beautiful view. Oh! and don't forget about Alaska.
