Does anyone have a recipe for hunan tofu? (or other vegetarian recipes)

There is a small chinese restaurant near me that makes the most awesome Hunan Tofu. My fiancé and I are on a tight budget, though, and I can't afford to eat out right now. I have combed the internet, but I can't find a recipe for it anywhere. I love Chinese, Japanese, and Thai food, and I am working on learning to cook these foods well. I would really appreciate it if anyone knows how to prepare this dish, or any other vegetarian dishes. I have a pretty good oriental market near my home, so I can get good ingredients.
