Remember when shoveling snow to bundle up good and take breaks often. It is easy to have a heart attack when shoveling snow in cold weather...esp. if you are out of shape.

We haven't had enough snow yet this year that it needed shoveling, though we did have a couple of inches over the last two weeks. Right now there's about an inch and half on the ground, but it's frozen solid from the below zero temps we've been having. Now THAT is heart attack weather! I remember when I was young, my younger brother nearly gave himself a heart attack shoveling in weather like this. We had over two feet of snow and then the temp dropped below zero with squalls. He overworked himself and got really sick.
