One of my favorite things about traveling is getting to try foods that are not available in here the states....especially candy and snack foods!
When my sister, boyfriend and I were in NZ two years ago we got to try many different types of candy. We developed a major love for Crunchy Bars, Hokey Pokey ice Cream, and my favorite, gummy snakes! We also tried chicken flavored chips and that staple...Vegimite (not bad, if a bit salty)
What are some of your favorite NZ based candy's or snackes?

Hmmm...I don't think I've ever had a "time out" bar. I'll have to see if there are some around here.

Definately Crunchie Bars. Cadbury chocolate tasted different (better actually) in New Zealand.
