Are you excited about making money with YouTube.com?

Since YouTube announced that they will be rolling out a revenue sharing model with their users last week, I just wanna check if anyone either think that it is a great earning channel or do you even feel comfortable posting videos?

Where did you see that? I was just on YouTube and didn't see anything. I wasn't paying much attention, though. I was just searching for something really quick. Do you know if members who have videos uploaded on there already will get paid for those?

what...wait...seriously... man i'm out of it. how does this work. i have an account with youtube and some of my videos are pretty popular. i guess i'm going to have to check things out over there since i haven't logged into youtube for a while. but thanks for the heads up. anything where i can make a few extra coins here and there are good for me. =)

i think its only as good as the amount they are willing to pay. you see, uploading/viewing a video takes a while. and it takes too much of your bandwidth. they should pay handsomely to compensate the time and effort. ^__^

Very good point there but searching through YouTube currently will show that many people are already doing it for nothing. So if they can earn something from it I guess would be great. I do agree with you that its troublesome tho as I have never submitted a video there before.

Sounds good to me but I can't do it because right now I have no way of uploading videos. Thanks for letting me know about this so I can keep an eye out for the launch just in case I might be able to upload videos soon. :)

Not sure of their revenue mechanism yet as it will be launched next month or so if I'm not mistaken.

Oh my gosh! That's great. I've been toying around with an idea for some videos. It's great that they're going to start sharing the revenue with users. How did you find this out? I'd like to blog about it in my blog, but I want to quote an accurate source.
